Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most major credit card payment. Our payments are processed though Worldpay - part of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

You can also pay by Paypal if you wish.

Your credit/debit card statement will show a payment to Matador Marketing Ltd, our parent company.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling For orders under £100 goods will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class post, or Parcel post depending on size. For all orders above £100 goods will be despatched via courier.

Although Royal Mail aim for next working day delivery, they cannot guanrantee this so please allow up to 5 working days.

Unless Free Delivery is stated on the site then normal charges are £1.95 postage and packaging.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is available at £4.95 - please note a signature is required.

Delivery in Europe is charged at £4.95 Please allow 6 working days for delivery.

Delivery Schedule Orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday are despatched the same day. Orders received outside of these times are despatched the next working day. Although Royal Mail aim for next working day delivery, they cannot guanrantee this

Please note orders received at anytime on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you need to return an item to us which are not faulty, all that we ask is that it is returned in it's orginal, resaleable condition.
